Affiliate Programme – Overview
1. Programme Purpose
The Congas Holdings Affiliate Programme is designed to reward individuals and businesses who actively bring new customers, sales, or service contracts to our business. Affiliates earn commissions for every successful referral that results in a verified transaction.
2. Who Can Join
- Small businesses
- Independent agents and consultants
- Energy, fuel, chemical, and industrial suppliers
- Digital marketers and influencers
- Existing clients wanting to refer new clients
No upfront cost. No minimum sales requirement.
3. How It Works
- Sign Up: Affiliate registers through the Congas Affiliate Portal or via onboarding agreement.
- Get Your Unique Referral Code or Link: Each affiliate receives a unique code/ID used to track referrals.
- Refer Clients: Affiliates share the link, introduce clients directly, or submit leads.
- Lead Verification: Congas Holdings validates the referral and confirms if it qualifies.
- Earn Commission: Once the sale/contract is completed and payment is received, the affiliate commission is released.
4. Commission Structure (Example – can be customised)
Fuel & Petroleum Products
- R0.03 – R0.08 per litre on referred bulk fuel orders
- 2% – 5% on equipment-related sales
Solvents & Chemicals
- 3% – 7% on product sales
- Up to 10% for high-volume recurring orders
Fertilisers
- 3% – 6% per ton sold
Recurring Commissions
If the referred client continues to order monthly, the affiliate receives recurring commissions for up to 12 months.
5. Payment Terms
- Commissions are paid monthly.
- Payments can be made via EFT.
- Affiliates receive a detailed statement showing all tracked referrals.
- Valid, paid referrals only (no outstanding or cancelled orders).
6. Affiliate Support
Affiliates get:
- Marketing material
- Product sheets
- Training videos/webinars
- Direct communication line with the sales team
- Dashboard access (optional for the website version)
7. Rules & Compliance
- All referrals must be genuine, traceable, and verified.
- No spam, misleading advertising, or misrepresentation of products.
- Commission fraud or double-referrals result in immediate removal.
- The programme can be updated with fair notice.
